Precautions for the operation and use of nylon cable ties (cable ties)

Nylon cable ties are hygroscopic. Do not open the package before use. After opening the package in a humid environment, try to use it up within 12 hours, or repackage the unused nylon cable ties, so as not to affect the operation and use of the nylon cable ties. Tensile strength and rigidity.
Second: When operating and using, use the tightening force, which cannot exceed the tensile strength (tension) of the nylon cable tie itself
Third: The diameter of the object to be tied should be smaller than the diameter of the nylon cable tie, which is greater than or equal to the diameter of the nylon cable tie. It is inconvenient to operate and the strapping is not fastened. The remaining length of the strap after tightening should not be less than 100MM.
Fourth: The surface part of the object to be strapped must not have sharp corners

But if steam is used for steaming, the effect will be better. If it is winter, it is recommended to use a pressure tank to cook. The boiled cable tie will be more flexible in winter and will not break easily
