Why Need a especially injection high speed machine to produce Nylon PA66 cable tie mould ?

1. For cable tis product - Cable tie is very long and thin.It's hard for injection the material from the point for fulfill . During the material resin injection through the mould ,will need high pressure and high temperature to injection it ,But if your injection clamping force not strong enough will effect the clamping platens,So that is why need strong clamping force to clamping the mould,otherwise the material will leakage from the mould
As most of the cable tis mould is very long for the size and ties very thin ,for the moving and fix platen on machine, the machine will under huge pressure ,There will be a very big challenge for the machine clamping design .So that is why for produce cable ties need a very strong clamping force machine .

2. Temperature, For produce cable ties , the main material resin is Nylon 66, need high temperature for the nylon 66 around 300 degree . So we have to choice a especially nylon screw for the machine and barrel to avoid the high temperature and burn for the material .

3. Why need a high speed machine for produce cable ties mould ?
For produce cable ties ,the cycle time around 10 to 12seconds , otherwise due to high temperature the nylon material will easy to burn . so we have to use a high speed machine to produce nylon cable ties mould .
