Our answer: For nylon cable ties ,need to absorb from the water or air , otherwise will be easy to break . so that is why need to steam the cable ties .
For steam machine for cable ties . we suggest if cable ties up to 300MM longeron ,have to put in steam machine to steam the cable ties ,.
After steam the cable ties ,cable ties will become soft , then will be not easy to break .
If the cable ties too much hard rough ,will easy to break .
To avoid the break for cable ties , put in water or steam it will be better to solve this problem .
But if the cable ties up to tensile strength standard will be fine for cable ties .
How to steam the nylon cable tie in steam machine ?
Our answer: The first step is to chose oen set steam machine , steam machine water around 100degree , for steam cable ties suggest around 30minutes will be fine .
But for steam time need to calculate according to your cable ties parameter .
For big ties ,the time will more , for small ties , around 20minutes will enough .
After steam the cable ties ,also need to put it in dryer machine to dry the water .the dryer machine picture as below shown .
What is the step for Steam the cable ties ?
Firste step : Put the nylon cable ties in a bag
Second step:Water around 100degree
Third step: put the cable ties into water for steam
Fourth step: take out the cable ties from steam machine
Sixth step : dry it , dry the cable ties
untilled the water is dry then could put the ties into bag , you have to check the nylon cable ties ,how much soft for it .
if too much soft then don't need to to steam too much time .
How to put the nylon cable ties in Water ?
Just put into one bag and then put in into water for absorb the water
How to absorb water moisture for cable ties ?
For nylon cable ties, need to absorb water from air if your city temperature are too much moisture .
If not moisture then we have to put the cable ties in steam machine or water to absorb the moisture
How to absorb moisture for nylon cable ties ?
For nylon cable ties, need to absorb moisture from air or from steam machine .
You could use a bag with hole ,then the cable ties could absorb the moisture from air .
If your city temperature not much moisture ,we suggest you could use a steam machine to steam the nylon cable ties for around 30minutes .
