Why Need high speed injection machine for produce Nylon cable ties ?
For nylon cable ties ,it's very long products and thin .nylon cable ties usually have various different length .
For cable ties the cavities number are much more ,it's not easy to produce ,especially need to use nylon material.
Nylon material easy to burn and need high temperature . then that is why we advise use especially injection machine for produce cable ties .
Firstly : we will change the machine screw to especially nylon screw to suit for produce nylon material
Second : will change some machine structure to suit for produce cable ties
Third: For produce cable ties mould , need very fast speed , around 8 to 10seconds per shot . within very shot time then need high speed machine .
if produce more then 15seconds ,the nylon material will easy to burn and the ties also easy to break .
